Zen Thai Shiatsu
Movement-based therapy which draws upon the principles of Traditional Thai massage, Zen Shiatsu, and remediation techniques of Osteopathy.
This modality supports the unwinding of the nervous system while working intentionally with the meridian channels.
This is a fully clothed, and floor-based treatment.
