This ritual is based off the foundations of Swedish Relaxation massage, and elements of Zen Thai Shiatsu.

Zen Thai Shiatsu
Welcoming you to feel embraced and supported by the earth; an opportunity to re-calibrate and come back into harmony with the dance of Zen Thai Shiatsu. This modality incorporates the principles of Traditional Thai massage, Zen Shiatsu, and Osteopathy. This is a fully clothed ritual that supports the unwinding of the nervous system through movement-based therapy and working intentionally with the energy channels.
